The modules provide prospective students with the information they need to make an informed decision about becoming an occupational therapy practitioner.

Long Description:

The following modules are intended for pre-occupational therapy students to learn about the field of occupational therapy. The learning modules were designed to provide foundational information about occupational therapy and further promote the profession as a career path. The module materials include lectures, quizzes, and activities to explore the field of occupational therapy further. Major topics include an introduction to occupational therapy; the occupational therapy process; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and the occupational therapy student experience.

These modules can be completed virtually. Within each module, you will complete a pre-quiz, watch a recorded lecture, perform additional learning activities, and complete a post-quiz. We encourage you to share your learning activities and discuss the content you learned with a mentor or academic advisor after you complete each module.
