Academic Fieldwork Coordinators and fieldwork team members from the University of Illinois-Chicago and Midwestern University will provide a brief presentation on the newest version of the Fieldwork Performance Evaluation (FWPE). Targeted at fieldwork educators, the presentation will include:

• History and background on the new FWPE
• Information on the sections of the new FWPE
• “How-to’s” including the use of Formstack to manage the FWPE
• Review of common issues
• Q&A
