Course Description: The purpose of this presentation is to highlight a team-based approach for a highly complex inpatient case with care aspects centered around brain injury, multiple limb loss, and cortical visual impairment. This case study reflects on the integration of involving multiple providers with varying specialties while prioritizing individualized, occupational-based care to achieve functional outcomes.
