Course Description: A Professional Development Toolkit for OTs was developed and implemented in the acute care setting that included professional development opportunities, a new hire mentor program, and opportunities for clinician recognition. The toolkit positively impacted department professional development scores from -29 to 13 on a Net Promoter Scale of -100 to 100. The toolkit demonstrates an innovative approach to provide professional development opportunities at a hospital without a clinical ladder.
