Course Description: Student participation in their IEP process is identified as a predictor of success post-school. Despite IDEA's mandate requiring student involvement in their transition planning process, many potential barriers make this difficult in day-to-day practice. This presentation discusses results from a nationwide survey of 100 OTPs that provides context on both current OTP involvement, and needs identified to increase OTP facilitation of student participation in their IEP process
