Course Description: Resiliency is the ability to demonstrate growth after a challenge. Students experience multiple challenges in healthcare education and in fieldwork experiences. Providing students strategies to support resiliency is an important aspect of growth mindset and will facilitate improve wellness during fieldwork and as practitioners.
