Course Description: This presentation will provide an overview of contemporary occupational therapy services, interventions, DME, and adaptive equipment to support successful aging in place within the community for older adults. This will include recommendations for transitions from inpatient facilities to home and for individuals receiving services to remain at home. It will use the Age-Friendly Health System framework to foster best practices among older adult clients.
