Occupational therapy clinicians require awareness of the barriers with feedback so that they can adapt and thereby better communicate with their teams and clients as well as recognize their own barriers with internalizing feedback from others. This session delves into feedback's nuances, aiming to enhance participants' skills as givers and receivers, bolstering their professional communication.
