Cancer survivors face a myriad of barriers to occupational participation. Although underutilized, occupational therapy can be significantly beneficial for cancer survivors in inpatient settings such as acute care and inpatient psychiatry. This presentation will detail how holistic occupational therapy services can be delivered to cancer survivors in acute care to meet their mental health needs and how to best facilitate the physical health of survivors in inpatient psychiatry.
