This presentation will discuss the perceived supports and barriers to professional success experienced by underrepresented students, faculty, and practitioners in occupational therapy. This includes a critical examination of current practices within occupational therapy institutions and analysis of the intersectionality of personal and institutional factors influencing professional success.
