The onset of COVID-19 has not only changed the global landscape but healthcare and our practices. COVID-19 pneumonia causes more damage than typical pneumonia leaving its victims with long term issues. OTs can help to intervene with therapeutic techniques to help people in this situation. This course will look at ways to evaluate the movement of breathing and to give tips to maximize the use of the lungs to perform activities of daily living in conjunction with medical treatments.
