Updates On the New Fieldwork Performance Evaluations and Formstack Online Evaluation Tool - Background on Development and Tools for Fieldwork Educators

Course Description: This two-part presentation will focus on the new version of the AOTA Fieldwork Performance Evaluation for occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant students on Level II fieldwork. In the first part, presenters will share background on the history and development of the new evaluation tool. In the second part of the session, presenters will provide a step-by-step demonstration of how to complete the evaluation using Formstack, which AOTA uses to house the evaluation.
