Course Description: When working with dementia clients, a good understanding of the healthcare team and the roles they play within the care is vital. Developing plans that include an interdisciplinary understanding of what the healthcare profession does can have a far better outcome than each discipline working in a silo. Therefore, this evidence-based research study aims to educate those interested in healthcare, specifically those interested in working with dementia clients.
