Course Description: This quantitative study was designed to improve health science graduate student wellness, self-compassion, and occupational balance through delivery of a 6-week online occupation-based wellness intervention (Well-Being through Occupation Participation or WBOP). Intervention activities were rooted in arts and crafts, aligning with the historical foundation of Occupational Therapy (OT) and designed to improve participants' overall quality of life.
