Course Description: Current literature on reducing recidivism strongly pertains to interventions studied in men leaving the interests of incarcerated women underrepresented. Occupational therapy plays a unique role in education and training in meaningful occupations that would give a distinct perspective to women transitioning out of incarceration and back into the community.
