Course Description: This presentation will focus on the application of reflective practice in order to increase knowledge translation when working with vocational educators to increase student independence at a volunteer or job site. Participants will learn an evidence-based intervention that empowers their colleagues to apply their knowledge of the student’s interests and strengths to bolster their success in the work environment.
