Course Description: The impact of stress on Occupational Therapy practitioners (OTPs) continues to increase due to a demanding healthcare work environment. OTPs are experiencing burnout from increased levels of physical, emotional, and psychological stress due to increased demands on efficiency, profitability, and risk management. This interactive course will share the insights of a panel of leaders and managers about how they support health promotion, wellness, and prevention strategies in the work environment.
