Course Description: This study is a qualitative analysis of occupational therapy practitioners’ (OTP) perceptions of the effectiveness and utility of a healthcare self-advocacy education intervention for patients within an acute rehabilitation setting. This presentation will describe content of the self-advocacy intervention and OTPs' perceptions of its effectiveness and utility as well as discussion and group work to identify refinement of intervention approaches for use across different clinical contexts.
