Course Description: This presentation will explore a role for OT in assuring people with significant mental health challenges are afforded their basic human rights within the mental health system. Daily occupations come with risks but OTPs are trained to recognize the fit between capacity and the requirements of occupation and as such can support engagement through risk mitigation.
