Course Description: Cognitive dysfunction is associated with longer hospitalizations and higher frequency of long-term disability as well as decreased performance of and participation in daily routines. Clients with cognitive impairments benefit from the use of effective cueing strategies to optimize outcomes. This course will introduce an evidence-based cueing framework that was designed to best support clients with cognitive dysfunction achieve best outcomes.
