Course Description: The presentation highlights a health management skills group created in the Day Rehab setting. The purpose of this group is to use the unique skill set of occupational therapy practitioners to promote health management and assist patients in acquiring the skills to take control over their own health. OT is skilled at addressing health management with a holistic and client-centered approach and DayRehab is a distinctive setting where health management programming can be integrated into group treatment plans.
