Course Description: The purpose of this qualitative study was to understand how individuals form their identities when they grow up autistic. We also wanted to understand the role social media has in that process. Eight semi-structured interviews and one focus group with self-identified autistic participants revealed common themes that may hold implications for Occupational Therapy practitioners working with autistic clients.
