Course Description: Memory care staff acquire many roles and responsibilities when caring for residents with dementia. Focus on staff mental health is essential to maintain quality care and occupational engagement. Occupational therapists are well equipped to develop interventions that educate staff on skills, support and resources necessary to maintain and improve occupational engagement and in turn with provision of quality care.
