Course Description: Our primary goal is to increase the confidence and competence of the student support staff working with the neurodivergent population on a University campus. Online training modules were created to train student staff, not only in their job duties and responsibilities, but also in self-care strategies to alleviate some of the personal stressors of the role transition to that of a college student and student worker.
