Course Description: Assess how participating in an intervention program that focuses on health literacy and meal preparation skills can help develop self-determination and nutritional knowledge for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disability. Understand how the social and physical environments can serve as an enabler or barrier for participation in meal preparation and food choice.
