Course Description: This pilot study was designed to improveknowledge and competence in school staff members working with a neurodiverse population. The pre-post survey method included training of staff members at a therapeutic dayschool for students with Autism SpectrumDisorder to support understanding of self-regulation, sensory processing, and neurodiverse-affirming methods for therapeutic day school staff.
