Course Description: During the course of an occupational therapy doctoral program, a clinical checklist was created for occupational therapy providers to utilize with mothers who are parenting after perinatal loss. Based on the lived experience of mothers within this context, this checklist was drafted and then revised based on the feedback of mothers and occupational therapists working in women's health and early intervention. This presentation will describe OT's role in supporting mothers parenting after loss.
