Course Description: Assessment is crucial in inpatient stroke rehabilitation, including client centered assessments like the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). This poster will explore how to overcome barriers to using the COPM by employing knowledge translation and transformative curriculum design. Practical strategies and examples for implementing practice change related to self efficacy and integration of assessment will be outlined.
