The study objective was to examine the implementation barriers and facilitators after a year of training and the use of a task-specific training manual in inpatient rehabilitation. Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research provided structure for the survey of occupational therapists. Stakeholders reported confidence in evidence incorporation and the barriers related to ease of selection and use of the intervention need to be addressed.
