This poster will explore the distinct value of occupational therapy with patient with lung transplants and pulmonary diseases. Specifically, the presenters will will provide a review of the literature, examples from practice, and evidence-based resources for supporting individuals with lung transplants and pulmonary disease in their activities of daily life and physical and mental well-being.
