This research project aims to provide evidence-based modules to occupational therapists to enhance their critical reasoning and program planning for meal preparation and nutrition skills when working with adults with ID. The goals are to educate participants on how to best engage with individuals with ID, develop their knowledge of kitchen skills so they may in turn effectively teach individuals with ID, and inform them of the value of nutrition management within this population.
