This poster presentation will explore the impact of physical rehab on persons with dementia through the perception of occupational therapy practitioners (OTP's). There is a current perception amongst a majority of healthcare professionals that persons with dementia cannot regain functionality (Goodwin, V. A., & Allan, L. M. 2019).This research project aims to explore the perceptions of OTP's regarding functional outcomes of persons with dementia in physical rehab.
