Chronically homeless individuals often experience stigma and discrimination which may lead to feelings of isolation and decreased engagement in necessary and meaningful occupations. This presentation reports participatory action research utilizing Photovoice that empowers individuals that are chronically homeless to describe their perspective of the effect stigma has on their occupations and descriptions of supports and barriers that are within their communities.
