Findings from qualitative interviews and the COPM highlight the significant impact post-treatment symptoms have on long-term cancer survivors' engagement in meaningful daily life activities. While survivors may have received rehabilitation services during the treatment phase, occupational therapists possess the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges of long-term survivorship.
