This participatory action research investigated the impact of community-based programming on the health-related quality of life for community dwelling older adults utilizing photovoice methodology. Participants shared their insights and experiences related to daily life and programs at their facility. This research aims to identify the perceptions of participants on the supports and barriers within their current programming opportunities and advocate for changes to enhance their quality of life.
